Jaydee Bourne

Jaydee Bourne obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2018, and subsequently obtained a Master of Law degree in Corporate and Commercial Law with distinction in 2020.  He completed his legal training at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago, graduating in 2022, and became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) in 2024. 

After being admitted to the Barbados Bar in 2022, Jaydee commenced his legal career at a law firm in Barbados, where he focused on Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Law and Personal Injury, providing counsel to a varied clientele that included individuals, corporate entities, and insurance companies. In addition to his legal work, Jaydee has been actively engaged in the credit union sector in Barbados, collaborating for several years with the Credit Union Consultant to the Barbados Co-operative & Credit Union League Limited. He has also participated on a number of committees within the credit union movement in Barbados, aiding in strategic decision-making and the advancement of sound corporate governance practices. 

In early 2025, Jaydee relocated to Anguilla and joined the law firm of JM Dyer & Co.  He is also admitted to practice in Anguilla and St. Kitts and Nevis, with legal interests encompassing Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law, and Litigation.
