Kelva joined JM Dyer & Co in February 2018 as our Office Manager and Executive Legal Assistant. With over 20 years’ professional experience in an administrative capacity, Kelva oversees JM Dyer & Co’s administrative matters such as billing, technology, and supplies; and provides litigation and paralegal support including document preparation and review, filing, and calendaring. Prior to joining JM Dyer & Co, Kelva worked as an executive legal assistant and office administrator at the former leading law firm, Keithley Lake & Associates for 20 years. Kelva also served in the role of Auctioneer for many years. This role included organizing the auctions and overseeing the entire bidding process. Kelva has a bright and cheerful attitude to her work and brings a genuine passion to her work at JM Dyer & Co. She applies her professionalism not only to her formal roles, but to analyzing and seeking solutions for any general issues encountered by the firm's clients. In short, she is always there to help and willing to go the extra mile, and thus is an integral part of our team.
